Refund policy
Prior to shipping, all of our candles are carefully inspected for any damages and flaws.
You may return to us for a refund - for any damages* that may have done to the product during shipment. We only accept returns and would only exchange/replace if our items are damaged or defective during shipment or due to our error. The candle should be unburned and in the original packaging.
*Damages/ Defects:
- Wood wick is broken
- Vessel is broken
- Wrong product
- Error in personalisation
Custom personalised orders (Bespoke collection) can't be returned or exchanged. We'll gladly do a replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
Kindly notify us of any defects within seven (7) days upon receiving the item. Email hello@inlovingmemory.sg along with a photo of the product defect/damage. We will not be able to process any requests beyond seven (7) days.
